Made to measure, HUP's highly insulated UltraPanels slide easily into the base tray and can be configured to any window and door layout. Huff walls are built five times faster than brick and mortar. The patented UltraPanels and corner columns quickly clip together forming an I beam structure that's almost twice as strong as a brick wall. Choose from a tiled roof, a glass roof, or the hybrid roof, which mixes solid and glass panels for the best of both worlds. You can also choose a flat roof with either skylights or lanterns. Rapid connection details between the roof and the wall speed up the build process and ensure hub components fit together perfectly on-site. A breathable membrane ensures hub is watertight within a couple of days so that work can start on the inside, speeding up the build process. Batons with specialist fixings and ventilation trims provide ventilation behind the wall finishes to ensure your hub will stand the test of time. Hub combines the strength of steel with the insulation properties of timber and insulation panels. With no cement or brick dust and very little waste, there is a lot less mess and clearing up required in the garden. HUP is compatible with any wall finish or cladding such as brick slips, brick mesh, timber, or render. The twelve millimeters calcium silicate board is easily rendered or simply forms an A1 fire rated base for other wall finishes. Choose the unique HUP brick mesh, which looks and feels like real brick and is both easy and fast to apply. Choose from a range designed to tone or contrast with the most popular UK housing brick shades. The HUP aperture trim provides attractive detailing at the edge of window frames and doors, ensuring the wall finishes are neat. Choose a colour to tone with your claddings or match window frames to create your own HUP design. Because hub is manufactured off-site under strictly controlled factory conditions, there is zero waste in the production process and little waste and mess on-site. It is rapid to assemble and five times faster to build than traditional methods. Using BBA approved technology with a lifespan of over sixty years, you can be assured HUP will stand the test of time.
