All of our appointments are triaged, so if your call is urgent, we will endeavour to reply to it as soon as possible.
Note: If the cause is due to a maintenance fault, the work will be covered free of charge by your guarantee, as per the Terms & Conditions of your contract. If it is found that the fault is not covered under the Guarantee, the minimum charge will be £95 + VAT.
