From the very beginning of looking to purchase windows from Park Lane we have found everything to our complete satisfaction. From discussions with you Mr. Allen to correspondence and documentation and finally to the lovely fitters who put the windows in, we have been more than pleased with the service we have received. Your quotation was one of four that we instigated in the early stages of buying the windows but we found Mr. Aleen to be informative and helpful and in no way ‘pushy’. Your correspondence throughout has set out all we needed to know and we felt completely reassured throughout. The two lovely fitters who worked very hard on the day despite on of them being below par due to bad toothache. To his credit he still attended to the job in hand, whereas many would have taken the day off! Anyway, our deepest thanks to everyone for their kindness and expert workmanship. We will be in touch again before to long as we have further windows to be replaced. Thank you again.
