With a solid conservatory roof, you have all the benefits of a standard conservatory, with added space but they are the most energy efficient as they are fitted with three layers of insulation.
The roof is constructed with a timber frame, the same as a standard roof, but we use light weight slate or tiles and the inside is plastered for a smooth finish, although it does not let in as much natural light as other roofing option, roof windows can be installed as an option and we also offer a number of lighting solutions.
Fitting a solid roof also makes the conservatory cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, meaning that your conservatory really can be used all year round.

Special Colour Options
The molecular cross bond process of Kolorbond means that the choice of colour for your windows is truly yours.
Available in all standard RAL and BS colours. Colour can be applied to PVCu window frames, doors, conservatories and fascias. Guaranteed to adhere to the plastic for a minimum period of 15 years and is extremely colour stable and resistant to UV.

Polycarbonate Roofs
The polycarbonate roof has been used in conservatory design for many years and continues to be a popular choice, testament to how it excels at limiting heat loss. It comes supplied in sheets of 25mm and 35mm and can be enhanced even further when foil inserts are including in the covering. You can have it finished in bronze, opal or keep it completely clear.
Glass Roofs
There will be many occasions when you revert to your conservatory for relaxation purposes as it’s the perfect place to unwind and switch off, even more so if you have a glass roof that you can gaze up at whilst you have your feet up in your favourite chair. We suspect that most people won’t want to clean their glass roof. You won’t have to if you choose to have a self-cleaning glass roof as it will keep itself maintained.
Solid Roofs
A solid roof gives your conservatory a completely different look, it is constructed with a wooden timber frame, three layers of insulation, then externally finished with a wide range of light weight slate or tiles and internally plastered to a high level, this is our most energy efficient roofing option.
As some natural sunlight will disappear upon its installation, this can be overcome by including roof windows and spotlights.
Bi-Folding Doors
