Service Appointment
If you require a service call for repairs or window and door installation services, please fill out the form below. Our service department will reply to your email within 80 business hours. Our current lead time for a service call is 6–8 weeks. Please do not fill out the form multiple times, as this will extend your waiting period.
All of our appointments are triaged, so if your call is urgent, we will endeavour to reply to it as soon as possible.
Please Note
If the cause is due to a maintenance fault, the work will be covered free of charge by your guarantee, as per the Terms & Conditions of your contract.
If it is found that the fault is not covered under the Guarantee, the minimum charge will be £95 + VAT.
